This wonderful news come to us from Kolkata, India.

Every student can understand what it feels like when they are not allowed to sit for exams even after reaching the examination centre on time. This girl namely Suman Kurrey was almost in tears when the invigilator didn’t allow her inside the examination hall.

West Bengal’s board examination namely Madhyamik is currently running and Suman who hails from Kolkata had actually forgotten to carry her admit card to the centre. The police on duty at the exam centre was informed about the same and the information was then relayed to Ultadanga traffic guard.

Sergeant Mallick who was on duty at Ultadanga made sure that the girl is allowed to start writing her paper. He personally went to the head invigilator and requested her to allow the girl to start writing her paper, ensuring that he would soon be back with her admit card.

The exam centre, Jaiswal Bidyamandir for Girls, housed in Vivekanada road is around 5.5 kms away from the girl’s house. The sergeant immediately rushed to the girl’s house after contacting her mother. He reached her residence at South Tangra road, picked up her admit card, came back to the school and handed it over to the invigilator. It took him about 15-20 minutes or so.

The DCP (traffic) namely Rupesh Kumar was happy that sergeant Mallick helped the student sit for her Madhyamik exam. Mallick was himself elated to have helped the girl.

Well, this is not the first time that something of this sort has happened. Even earlier, there have been cases where traffic police ran to and fro for bringing admit cards of students appearing for exams. We hope Suman comes out successful with a great score.
