Homeless woman stuns people with her soulful music

This inspiring news comes to us from West Bengal, India

It is rightly told that music is the sound of soul. Recently, a person stumbled upon this middle-aged poor woman who works and lives at Ranaghat railway station in West Bengal. The onlooker took a video wherein she was singing “Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai”, a top cult song by the Indian nightingale: Lata Mangeshkar.

There is no denying the fact that her soulful music appealed to too many people as the video belted more than 2 million views. Not only this, another video was posted wherein she was singing more of Lata’s songs and her voice still managed to blow everyone’s mind away.

It is clearly the case wherein the lack of right resources had kept her away from gaining the name and fame she deserved. Of course, the internet is a very powerful medium and with so many views, shares, and comments pouring in, one can hope that one of the industry stalwarts may give her the break which she truly deserves.

It is too early to say as to whether or not she will be able to achieve anything remarkable. However, the internet has often managed to bring some lesser-known faces to the forefront and given the kind of massive talent she has, it might just be a matter of time until someone spots it and gives her the platform.

An interesting point to add here is that despite this internet fame, no one really bothered to ask her name and we do not have a name to this melodious voice which has been driving people crazy with love.

Surely, we all can hope that better days are in store for her after all, music has the power to captivate too many people.
